Z-Type Modular Belt Elevator
A Z-shaped elevator with a perforated modular belt. It reaches steep transfer points that a PVC belt cannot. The belt does not hold water, takes high temperatures and is easy to clean.
Positive-Drive Cleated Elevator
The belt is driven by sprockets instead of friction, so it carries product up the incline under control. Cleats and side walls keep the product on the belt.

Screw Feeder
Product loaded into the trough is passed to the next stage at a steady rate. Speed is set through the geared motor.
Line conveyors
Conveyors for inspection, wet processing and the end of the line.
Illuminated Inspection Conveyor
Product passes under LED lighting so that foreign objects are easier to see and pick out by hand.
Wet Block-Breaking Conveyor
Separates product that has stuck together in blocks back into single pieces during wet processing. The perforated modular belt does not hold water and takes high temperatures.
Roller Table
Moves boxed product from one point to another at the end of the line. Body and rollers are AISI 304 stainless steel.
